If you’ve uploaded your own design to be printed by YouaTees, created a custom design using the YouaTees design editor, or are a shop owner / affiliate, the section labeled “Return Policy” does not apply to you. See the Section labeled “Custom Printing Return Policy”.
You can return or exchange a clean, unused (unwashed) garment, in its original condition, for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Just ship it back to me and once I receive it in the mail, I’ll send out the exchange item or give you a refund for the price of the shirt (not including shipping).
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me, I want you to be happy with your order! I’m here to help if there are any problems with your shirt(s) before, during or after your purchase (within 30 days). My goal is to provide a quality product at an affordable price. Over the years the majority of my customers have been repeat customers.
Custom Printing Return Policy
If you’ve uploaded your own design to be printed by YouaTees or created a design using the YouaTees design editor, you cannot cancel the order once it has been placed. There are no returns, refunds, exchanges or reprints unless the product is damaged or defective due to the fault of YouaTees (Karpathinan, Ltd.) If the product or print is defective in some way, inform us of the problem by email: email@example.com. Please also supply photos of the damage or problem.
Please note that refunds will be considered and discussed after YouaTees has been given every opportunity to rectify any issues with the order. Our Returns/Refunds/Reprint policy only applies to defective products for a maximum of 30 days from delivery of the goods. Any complaints outside of 30 days will not be accepted. Depending on the fault and issue with the order, we may request for you to ship the order back to us using USPS, UPS or FedEx and provide tracking info.
