Shirt Info

Heather shirts are 50-50 blend (grey heather 90-10 blend) solid colors are 100% cotton. I use high quality, ring spun cotton and blended tees.

Make sure you check out the SIZING CHARTS before placing your order. They are meant as a general guide. I use multiple different brands (all great quality) and there is some sizing variance between brands. If you are not sure what size to order email: info@youatees.com, let me know what style you are interested in (Men's, ladies, youth etc.), size and color of shirt so I can give you its exact measurements.

Colors as shown on computer screen are approximate, actual shirt color may differ a little bit.

Print Info

All shirts are printed using state of the art Direct to Garment printing. High quality prints that are meant to last. To ensure longevity, its best to wash them inside out with cycle and water temp set to low.

Shipping

Orders of 1 t-shirt are $4.99 in shipping, each additional shirt is + $2. Orders with 1-2 shirts ship out USPS first class mail. Orders with 3 or more shirts ship out USPS priority mail, UPS or FedEx.

An order is typically ready to ship in 2-5 business days. Transit time will depend on where you are located (all shirts are shipped out of Cleveland, Ohio 44119). For most of the United States, USPS first class mail is 2-5 business days and USPS priority mail, UPS or FedEx is 2-3 business days.

Unforeseeable issues or supply chain problems may cause further delays but that is out of the ordinary.

Returns

If you've uploaded your own design to be printed by YouaTees, created a custom design using the YouaTees design editor, or are a shop owner / affiliate, the section labeled "Return Policy" does not apply to you. See the Section labeled "Custom Printing Return Policy".

Return Policy

You can return or exchange a clean, unused (unwashed) garment, in its original condition, for any reason up to 30 days after delivery. Just ship it back to me and once I receive it in the mail, I'll send out the exchange item or give you a refund for the price of the shirt (not including shipping).

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me, I want you to be happy with your order! I'm here to help if there are any problems with your shirt(s) before, during or after your purchase (30 days). My goal is to provide a quality product at an affordable price. Over the years the majority of my customers have been repeat customers.

Custom Printing Return Policy

If you've uploaded your own design to be printed by YouaTees or created a design using the YouaTees design editor, you cannot cancel the order once it has been placed. There are no returns, refunds, exchanges or reprints unless the product is damaged or defective due to the fault of YouaTees (Karpathinan, Ltd.) If the product or print is defective in some way, inform us of the problem by email: info@youatees.com. Please also supply photos of the damage or problem.

Please note that refunds will be considered and discussed after YouaTees has been given every opportunity to rectify any issues with the order. Our Returns/Refunds/Reprint policy only applies to defective products for a maximum of 30 days from delivery of the goods. Any complaints outside of 30 days will not be accepted. Depending on the fault and issue with the order, we may request for you to ship the order back to us using USPS, UPS or FedEx and provide tracking info.
